Solar Powered Fans – Are They Really Worth Their Value? 

 All the elements in this nature have been created by the Almighty so that they can be used by the living organisms for their survival. One such element is Sun. No one can ever imagine life on this planet without sun because it is the source of light, heat and energy. In fact, the amount of energy available in the Sun can illuminate our planet earth for the next billion years.

In the recent years, there has been an increased demand to harness this energy for the benefit of mankind. • Attic fans are required to reduce the heat and moisture that builds up inside the house on a sunny day. Also, these fans provide ventilation and keep the room cool during summer and warmer during winters.
• Solar powered gable fans have an almost similar function as like attic fans. The only difference is the location where these fans are installed. Gable fans are aptly suitable in locations where there is an increased risk of moisture that can cause mold and mildew.
• Solar powered vents are small sized solar fans that can be fitted in the vents and other smaller spaces.
Solar power is here to stay forever. The only disadvantage with these solar appliances is that they are bit expensive. The cost of a fan powered by solar energy can be anything between $400 and $700. However, considering the advantages offered by them, use of solar fans can be termed as a wise investment that is worth its value.
